In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on hit77, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal relationship between you and hit77 with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior representations, discussions, and communications, whether written or oral.

To register and maintain an Account on hit77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. hit77 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. You represent that you are 21 or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of a hit77 employee or affiliated service provider.
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law (beyond the general Indonesian context described herein).
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player or subject to a cooling-off period on hit77 or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not using funds that belong to a third party or that are derived from any unlawful activity.

Each Player may hold exactly one Account on hit77. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes.

hit77 assigns your Account login credentials upon registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify hit77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. hit77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

• Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow others to access the Platform through your Account.
• Log out of your Account whenever you finish a session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable any additional security features offered by hit77, including two-factor authentication where available.

hit77 is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC may be triggered at the time of your first withdrawal request, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any point where our compliance team identifies a need to verify Account information.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card — NIK/KTP — or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement showing your name and Indonesian address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking screen showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team.

Withdrawals will be held pending the completion of KYC where verification is required. hit77 will process KYC submissions within one business day in normal circumstances. Providing false, misleading, or forged documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

hit77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 10.000 unless a higher minimum is stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• hit77 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error (wrong amount, wrong reference number) should be reported to support immediately. hit77 will make reasonable efforts to investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds outside our control.
• hit77 reserves the right to request proof of funding source in connection with any deposit as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

hit77 processes withdrawal requests via the same payment channels supported for deposits. The average processing time is under five minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Withdrawals may be subject to a manual review hold in the following circumstances:

• The Player has not yet completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal request is the Player's first withdrawal and the Account has not previously undergone a verification check.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold that triggers an automated compliance review.
• hit77's fraud detection system has flagged the Account or transaction for manual inspection.

Withdrawal requests that are subject to a manual review will be processed within 24 hours of the review being initiated. Players will be notified via the registered email address if additional information is required to complete a withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the hit77 Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated. hit77 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions.

hit77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, bonus expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus play.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates vary by game type and are disclosed in the promotion details.
• hit77 does not retroactively modify wagering requirements or other bonus conditions after a bonus has been claimed in good faith.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion specifically states that it can be combined with other offers.
• hit77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus before its modification will be subject to the original terms at the time of claim.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, or any other strategy deemed abusive at hit77's sole discretion — will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

Each game available on hit77 — including live casino tables (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sakong, roulette, blackjack), slot titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other studios, sportsbook markets (BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Piala AFF, MotoGP, Mobile Legends MPL, and more), and crash games — is governed by the specific rules of that game as provided by its licensed studio or as stated on the game interface.

For sportsbook products:

• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply. Partial payout rules for void or cancelled legs are as stated in the sportsbook rules at the time of placement.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Handicap lines and odds are confirmed at the time of bet placement; subsequent changes do not affect accepted bets.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. hit77 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event or market has been settled or where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• hit77 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was known or strongly predictable at the time of placement, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation.

Bets placed using Bonus Funds contribute toward wagering requirements at the rates specified in the applicable promotion. Real-money bets are not affected by bonus wagering rules and are settled independently.

We provide Players with a suite of tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session loss limits, time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on hit77.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human process to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players at live table games (including Dragon Tiger and Sakong) to gain an advantage over other Players or the house.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to hit77 with your bank or payment provider without first contacting hit77 support to resolve the matter.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hit77 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the hit77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, promotional materials, and game presentation elements produced by hit77 — is the exclusive intellectual property of hit77 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any hit77 content without prior written authorisation.

Game content (including slot titles, live dealer game interfaces, and sportsbook data) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and data providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) and is licenced to hit77 for display on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hit77 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliated service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or Account Balance resulting from technical failures outside hit77's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game studio, payment provider, or data feed supplier.

hit77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

hit77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where the amendment materially and adversely affects existing Players' rights, in which case hit77 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address on file.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hit77 is licensed and regulated internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through hit77's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents hit77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
